Elder Heart was created by Magnus as a Veteran organization that does community projects as well as public, private and corporate ART to raise awareness that makes a huge difference for the 22 Veteran suicides that take place every day. ... in the distance and finally got a little bit of rain out of it.
We are truly going to miss this place and these wonderful people we are lucky enough to call family. We are starting to make plans for a family reunion in three years. We are using Suzi's big 5-0 as the excuse. She wants to rent house boats on a lake in California, so that is what we will start working on. Be prepared family, you are all expected to be in attendance!!!

... there even made hand made brats! Everything was delicious, and, as usual, the people are so friendly.
Jeni and I spent the evening sipping marguerita's and chatting until after one in the morning. The coyotes in the hills came out and howled for us. I guess they wanted us to go to bed.
I really wish I had taken some photos today, but I don't think I picked up the big camera all day :-(

This morning Jeni took me into Nashville. It's an adorable little artists colony. We browsed around and found some really cute things for the Midwest room. Shipping them cost a fortune, but they are on their way!
