So far though, I have lost almost 11 pounds in the 11 days I have been here. Partly because of water weight, exercising and all the food here is fresh and healthy. NOTHING is processed. Also, even if I wanted a dessert, I would have to drive my scooter for about 20 minutes to the nearest place that ...

... a slow ascend and paused for 3 minutes at 5 meters. We breached the surface and the boat came by for us. I undressed and headed to the common area for a debrief.

Miki explained that i had done everything very well and only had to do it once, meaning i was a good listener. I could not believe i was finally diving underwater, it passed so quickly and was over in the blink of an eye, but it was so worth it. I had a coke and then went over the learning aspect i had not ...
