    It's a real early start to get to Miami, my flight from Boise is at 5.30 am. Kate drops me off at the airport and I go straight thru to security as I only have carry on luggage. It was great to see Kate and spend some time with her after all this time.     ... d charged us regular price for one of the drinks, so we said to the waitress and she said oh no it's only happy hour on selected drinks! This would have been fine, except the woman who seated us specifically stated that the drinks were ALL half price!
