    ... s story & saw significant buildings including where Declaration of Independence was signed.     ... bags, watches, clothes stalls and markets all along Canal Street. Just like Paddy's, only on the sidewalks! More snacks and a few purchases later we headed home again via subway, but 3rd different line to W96th st and Central Park.     Hot dogs of course! These hot dog vendors are absolutely everywhere. I had a hot dog yesterday - the roll was extremely sweet and the bread extremely soft. Similarly the frankfurter itself was quite mushy. And the tomato sauce and mustard were pretty much devoid of taste.

    But... there seem to be lots of different types of hotdog. I need to try more.
