I would have to say that my favorite dish I had in Italy was a Papparadelle pasta with Wild Boar Sauce. It was at a restaurant in Taveranelle, close to the Villa. I had it at the lunch we had before going to the meeting. Although it’s hard to just pick one dish, there were many!!

... two new WWOOFers in Cloverdale. But there was another miscommunication. Holly, Eric and Jen hadn't really heard about our BBQ, outdoor fire, St. Patty's Day beer plan. Jen had made a dish that would have added to dinner which was fine. But after pruning from 3:30 to 5:30 we sent Anne and Nicole back to the house to leave for town and Eric sent them back and said we had to prune until sundown! And we are so close; we will ...
