    ... a short hike it was the swettiest we have all ever been after a walk through any forest and luckily the trail ended at the beach where we cooled off.     ... with loads of arapaima and catfish which you were able to feed- it was brilliant!! We left a little while later and headed into town to have a look around and find some food. There wasn't an awful lot to see, it was just like any other town really.
