It was a lot nicer than Ao Nang beach, but definitely not as nice as the beaches on the Phi Phi islands, so we had a quick paddle and made our way back past the 'evil' monkeys. Svante (from our zip-lining trip in Laos) recommended a place to visit whilst around Krabi, a place called 'Tiger Cave Temple'. He mentioned that there were ...

... It was fairly busy as it seemed like a tourist boat stop. There was a spot that said no jumping so Scott wanted to see if he could jump off of it. When he swam over he got stung by a small jellyfish in the chest. ... 8-person boat with. We arrived and were told to get out with our bags into thigh-deep water and walk to shore (the other guy in our boat had a large wheelie suitcase, poor thing). The water was murky and slimy underfoot. Under the slime were sharp, jutting rocks. It was a long walk. We made it to the shore with relief. The midday sun was now really going for it. On arriving at the Shore, I consulted my map to find our ...

... Was so funny and nice too. Our room wasn't ready, so we had breakfast quickly and then went to the room. We then went down to the beach and sat on the deck in beach chairs and hammocks reading our books. The beach is very rocky here so can't really swim, but we can walk down the beach a bit and there is a nice place where we can swim. It's amazing how far the tide goes out in low tide, all the rocks get exposed. Our room is lovely, we have ...
