We had originally intended to stop our blog at the end of the cycling in Sydney, but it's a handy way to share a few photos with people so have decided to carry on in an ad-hoc fashion as we're travelling around Australia and New Zealand. Since leaving Sydney on December 27th we've spent the last three and a bit weeks travelling up the East coast of Australia, and have been lucky enough to be able to drop in and stay with new friends from our cycling ...
... more hours of viewing one of the "Wonders of the World" (or at least in my books) and petting "Wally" we were called in. We returned to our boat and enjoyed sips of fresh water and chocolate ice cream to wash that salt water taste out of our mouths. The water was crystal clear, and incredibly shallow considering ...

We have picked up a few brochures with some touristy ideas of things to do this week but will have to see how Ray goes. He is still not good.
