The last cliff was the hardest. I saw from Phill's face that he didn't think I could make it down, so went off in search of an alternative, which he found to be a large hole in the rock and a ledge that made it easier to drop down to the final area of descent.
Reaching the bottom I felt a surge of relief and satisfaction, but there was a sinking feeling concerning how I was going to get back out.

Krabi is a very touristy destination. It has an airport
and its often used as a transport hub for people going to one of the
many islands in southern Thailand.
We arrived on Koh phi phi and went to find our accommodation. We'd booked into the October guesthouse. We were told upon arrival that there are two guesthouses named october. one was a quick walk and one was a bit of a trek! We made our way to the close one (backpacks on in the searing heat) and were told we were booked into the other one. We both laughed. We knew that would happen! We arrived at the guesthouse a while later (after getting a bit lost) and went upstairs ...
... that night so none of us missed out on much, plus the next day of the 23rd we were due back on a ferry crossing to Phuket to see some of Holly's family who were visiting Thailand from Australia over the Christmas period. The morning came and thankfully we were both feeling a lot better and thus off we all trotted to the Benidorm of Thailand, Phuket.
