      Not up to Hilton standards

Nothing memorable about this dump. I had booked online, after reading some other positive reviews, but of all the Hilton properties I have stayed in over the years, this is one of the most disappointing. It is next to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile shops. Clearly a "renovation" instead of new construction. As you would expect, not enough plugs for electronics, VERY noisy, even though we were on 15th floor. This is more meant for families, as it does have microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, so would probably appeal more to families with kids. Not up to Hilton standards, and overpriced for what you get.

      Love this Hotel :)

I love this hotel. The rooms are huge and you can fit about 8 people in one room. Their is a kitchen and a hot tub in the room. The only problem we encountered was that security was sent to our room twice for the music being to loud! It was 4p.m. Absolutely ridiculous, they should have quiet hours. Besides that the hotel is great!

This Hotel was amazing! we had a one bedroom suite in the 31st floor and had a beautiful view on the strip. Especially the Jacuzzi was a highlight to us!

I wanted to play some blackjack, so we hopped a taxi ($30 with tip) to Fremont Street Experience, the old downtown Vegas, to Binions Horseshoe Casino. I had a blast! $5 table, so won't break the bank if I lose! Played blackjack with some "farm boys" from Iowa, who were playing $50 a hand, and pulling out $100 bills. Guess the harvest must have been …

We left Palm Springs after our great visit with Guy and Celine, but instead of taking the I-10 to I-15 route, we got off at the exit for 29 Palms and went up through the desert. It is a good thing we have a wonderful "new" car, because there was very little that way except cacti, Joshua trees, and dust for probably 80 miles. Just amazing how people …

We bade farewell to Frank, Larry, and Nancy. What a great group! Driving through mile after mile after mile of sagebrush, cracked desert pavement, and rocky mountains was B-O-R-I-N-G! I did not see any animals, I did not see any cute towns, I did see a few ramshackle huts. There was a sign that said next gas was 206 miles...maybe we would need ...
