Edakkal Hermitage Wayanad

We left the hill station of Ooty and made our way down the mountains. On the way to our next stop, we passed through many national parks and even saw a mother and baby elephant along the side of the highway. We were going to Nagarhole National Park in Karnataka, the third and final state of the trip. Thirunelli is in beautiful beautiful Wayanad in Kerala, India. I went there driving with my wife and my mother. The drive from Bangalore is beautiful and takes about 6-8 hours.
