Today was a day for getting caught up in sleep. Woke up early and had free breakfast at BW. Sat at pool for awhile, some shopping and then went for a swim in pool. Shopping road trip to Sawgrass Mills, huge mall, then regular cruise pre-supper at Rainforest Cafe. Tomorrow is the big day of Cruise ...
... them back to the hotel. They had a slight delay but not as nearly as bad as our last couple (family) who experienced mechanical problems delaying their flight out of Saskatoon with no sleep since Thursday morning. They missed their connecting flight and had to wait in Minneapolis 8 hours. They finally arrived at 11:30 pm not the original 3 pm. In between the two pickups we went for supper at Ruby Tuesdays. Needless to say it was a long ...
... asset. Answer: When it comes to well constructed fiberglass vessels, no one really knows yet. There are many boats from the 70’s and 80’s still running around cruising. If they are heavily built (which our 2000 Leopard 45 is), and they are well taken care of, then they’ve got a lot of life in them, probably 40 years.

The next morning I grabbed myself a hotel breakfast before the car collected us at 7am. I was pleasantly surprised to be joining the ship with a lovely lady called Ashley Rose. She's the solo guitarist who plays in a different bar ...

Historical Traveler Reviews Eau Palm Beach Manalapan
We have just returned from a five day stay at the RCPB. It was just not the standard that you expect of RC hotels. We checked in about 10pm only to find out that the bedding we requested was unavailable and we would have to use 2 roll-a-beds for the entire stay (you know what this means constantly tripping over a bed)because the hotel was to 100% occupancy. We get to the room(which by the way was $655.00/night) to find that the carpet was stained and the room smelled musty. When I took my shoes off I found a huge wet spot on the carpet. The air conditioning barely worked. The next morning I went to the beach to rent a cabana only to be told that I would have to be on the back row.
We stayed for one week in Palm Beach. This was a terrible stay. We got a room on the second floor. The room on the second floor with views to the garage next door was dirty. The carpets and walls were stained and the furniture was really worn. The room needs paint and new funiture.
Several years ago we were offered a deal that we could not refuse through American Express. The staff is very cordial and the grounds are beautiful. The health club is like a country club and they give you the best razor I have ever used on my face. It is a quiet hotel, not really suited to children. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the ocean. The mattresses were the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the sheets must have been 800 count Egyptian cotton! All in all it was a nice stay but I think that there are more exciting hotels to stay in the area. Rod Stewart was a guest at the hotel when we were there and my son approached him in the lobby for an autograph but he refused.
Also Lennox Lewis the boxer was there as well so you never know who you might run it to.
Our family spent five nights in mid October here.We can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. On our arrival we were upgraded to club level and had a wonderful room overlooking the beautiful pool and ocean. Our children age 12 and 6 were on the beautiful beach every day.
I stayed here for a conference at the end of October. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff is outstanding. I can't say enough about their friendliness and desire to please. Also, the pool and hotel decor was beautiful. Some might say I'm nitpicking with the following complaint, but I discovered this problem exists in many rooms of the hotel--maybe the entire place...
Just returned from the Palm Beach Ritz this week. We stayed a couple of years ago in the Ritz in St.Thomas so I set my standards pretty high.
This hotel is perfect. I stayed for 5 days, and only left the hotel once. The food was incredible and the entire resort was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
Great service, not an outstanding property
We came back two days ago from staying at the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach.
The service was top notch though the front desk could've used an extra person or two at times. The property itself isn't gorgeous. It's fine, don't get me wrong, but the pool isn't outstanding and neither is the beach. It seemed more like a Hilton or Marriott than the Ritz Carlton.
It was very nice, just not what you expect from the Ritz Carlton name.
The best ever
Never thought that I would write this, but this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Not so much because of the quality of the accommodation, which is superb and faultless, but because of the absolute excellence of the staff. Recommended in the highest possible terms. Full marks, Ritz-Carlton.
Excellent Service! Extremely friendly staff!
We are SO impressed by the service at this hotel! I would expect good service at a Ritz Carlton, but this staff went way beyond!
What we didn't expect was that the hotel would be so kid friendly. They showed a movie outside by the pool nightly. Really neat idea!
Unfortunately, the night we chose to relax poolside and watch, it started to rain towards the end of the movie so they had to take down the screen. Staff insisted on setting up a VCR and the tape in our room so that our daughter could watch the ending.
Cannot wait to visit this hotel again!
