    ... around the world, not sure whether it is available in SA yet, I certainly have never seen it before. It is sweetened with cane sugar and stevia (a composite herb whose leaves are the source of a non-caloric sweetener) and it mentions that Coca Cola Life contains 35% less calories than normal Coca Cola, with the 355ml can that we bought containing only 90 calories.

    And after all this we headed home after a wonderfully relaxing Sunday morning.

    ... right next door to the Black Duck pub, convenient, but beer was not on my mind right now… no really. We decided to forget about our gaseous worries for a while and enjoy our time on the beach which we did.

    ... that was until we passed a motorbike lying on its side in the middle of the road. Not sure where the rider was but hoping they are ok! The traffic is a little crazy on the island with many cars attempting quite dangerous overtakes, and suddenly stopping. Fishermans Village is a little village on the beach, packed full of restaurants, bars, markets and other little shops selling all sorts of things. We purchased a few items ...
