... the kids into the office to get this done while Kristin and Sheree waited outside and Ted took the cooler with our lunch to put in storage for later. About 10 minutes past and all of a sudden we see a crying Wendy with some people leading her back to where lost children are brought. Shock! We had lost a child within minutes inside the park. Reese did not realize she had gone with him and we didn't see her slip out of the office and back into the crowd. Thankfully she ...

... and poster our post cards. In the afternoon we decided to go to wet and wild just to go around the lazy river. It was ok but not as good as aquatica, it was a bit cheaper, young people there and chavey music. I did enjoy the river though, and I finally got a funnel cake with chocolate sauce and ice cream. We really slept in today! We didn't get to the park until noon...oops. Our day started out with a nice ride on The Great Movie Ride. What a classic! Then it was lunch at 50's Prime Time. This is one of those places where they tease you and treat you like a sibling. When they called us for our table, we were the "Criner kids". Our waitress was sister Megan. Just as we got seated, Terry realized his "spill proof" mug was in fact, not ...

... to queue when they announced they were stopping the ride briefly to add a second coaster to the track. Ollie was adamant that someone had heard him complaining and that was why they had done it! It is still one of my favourite coasters and left us wanting more in the way of thrill rides. Next stop was Journey to Atlantis this has probably got the steepest drop of all the log flume rides. Me and Ollie were at the back and yet again we got suitably ...

... good. We had to queue for 70 minutes for this ride. It is another Motion Master but you are raised up and you're like a bird soaring over some of California's highlights (including Yosemite and San Francisco). It also has scents to go with the scenery so it feels pretty real.

It was then time for home. 12 hours of theme parking was plenty. Especially as we have to do it again.

Highlight: Space Mountain, still my fav ...
