Emma and I chanced a walk to Cape Byron Lighthouse, it guards the coasts most Easterly point and provides a lookout along Byron and Hallow Bay where dolphin pods can be seen all year round and Whales during their migration.       ... the sunshine. Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday afternoon in winter! Again, it baffles me how they can call this weather cold! Looking out on the beach, you see people in clothes ranging from a bikini with shorts, to full on duffle coat and UGG boots! Crazy!
