Courtesy of Kristen, she and I spent the day in a class at King Arthur Flour about an hour + from Lincoln to learn how to bake 'beautiful baguettes'. What fun and so much to learn (for me!). Had lunch in their cafeteria..yummy soup... Then we shopped a little in their gift shop. Guys were busy too....golfed 18 holes for the day. Came home, picked up some dinner food and made pasta with salad and TONS of baguettes. I think we ate almost all 10 of them in 2 ...
... in the bed of the truck...and we will always remember our hike to Greeley Pond! After lunch we started out for Conway to hike a little, play mini-golf and have dinner in Conway. Never made it because we had hiked all morning to the pond! So we stopped at Sabbaday Falls and walked the stairs to the top and then to Rocky Gorge for beautiful views and colors and water and tons of pictures.
