Dynasty Resort Tuban

Across the border as our Malaysian spring becomes an Indonesian autumn... The above statement may be a bit misleading as the weather is not all that different between the two countries during this time of year (they both reside within 10º of the equator). We got to our resort by our driver named Wayan he's name means 1st born. We got our suitcases out of the back of the boot. We went to check in and waited for ages it was really hot as well. My mum went over and asked "can we go in our room yet". The man had forgotten about us so we got free meals at the restaurants. We went to have dinner with our friends at a pizza shop in Kuta.

That day I had the baddest sleep it was so hot. My Dad, Sister and I went for a walk along the beach we could see the Volcanoes from there. We got back to our room and got mum up and went down to the markets on the beach and Charlotte got her hair braided and I got one Braid and a Tattoo in the Shape of the sun with a Yin Yang. After that we all went for a swim in the huge pool with a waterfall.

We all headed up the mountains and were going to visit the Monkey Forest but instead we went for lunch in a cafe. Mum and Dad had a Nazi Goering, Charlotte and I had hot chips. I wandered up to the shops and wanted this cat that waves its hand, so I asked Vera if I could get it, she said "yes".

We got up early and called Nyoman for a ride to Nusa Dua on the East side of Bali. We got on a boat and went to Turtle Island and patted and Eagle, held a Bat and of course patted and held Turtles. We saw a dog there drinking out of a coconut. We went back to shore and went for a ride on a Jet ski and saw a pig in the Water.

We relaxed by the pool most of the day and that night we went to the J A Karta for a Balinese Show by the pool with dancers and Musicians it was so cool.

Today we went to another resort for a friends' Wedding the setup was beautiful with two ponds and a aisle down the middle it was so cool. We went back to the reception the food was delicious.

That evening we went to watch the sunset over the Bali Strait (Selat Bali) but it was really cloudy and could only see the rays from the sun. We had dinner at a restaurant and played in the water.

Today we went down to the breakfast bar to have breakfast I had Bacon and Eggs and Charlotte had waffles. We also went for a swim and went on the Water slide heaps of times. Then the kids club organised to have a water bombing comp where who ever made the biggest splash won but unfortunately I lost and so did my Dad.

Today we went to the markets in Legian and Seminyak to buy some cloths and souvenirs for everyone back at home.
