... we made it through! We made the most amazing memories during the last week. As much as I love vacations, I also love getting home, sitting on my own couch and sleeping in my own bed!

... failed we could always cancel it! Even the day of we were scared that she would hate it, but decided to go any way. We got to the marina about a half an hour before the boat was set to head out. My stomach was still churning in fear of spending an hour and a half on a boat with a screaming 18 month old. We got on the boat and headed out to the harbor and gave her a bowl of cheezits to keep her occupied, and she didn't seem upset ...
... and shrimp, just like me!
After the beach we decided to go back to Pompano Joes again. We just loved the atmosphere, the view, and the food. And definitely cant beat that its only a 5 minute walk from where we were staying, straight down the boardwalk!
After dinner we enjoyed another walk on the beach and some more delicious ice cream!
Cant believe tomorrow is our last full day :(. This trip has gone by way to ...
... but it was easy to find. When we pulled up we saw the huge building surrounded by about 50 airplanes and helicopters on display. We walked the whole outside first, checking out all the planes on display, it was so cool to see how big these planes are in real life, and little miss had a blast running along the pathways to her hearts content (other than the couple of times she fell and scraped her knees :( ...
... headed over to Fort Walton to go to the Heritage Park. Hubby is a big history buff, so he was excited to check it out. It encompassed the native American history of the area, the history of the civil war area, and a step back in time to the local school and post office. It was a $5 admission but it got you into 4 different buildings, so definitely worth while in my opinion.
After that we decided to go check out the fishing pier ...
