... an hour's internet - and got some food for dinner. We splashed out and had a nacho and dip overdose - see photo of Nadine - followed by fajitas, which were really yummy, and got eggs, cheese and beans for an awesome breakfast the following day which Nadine received ten out of ten for. ... cars stopping on the road, which always means a wildlife sighting, in this case a grizzly bear--my first! This picture complete with somebody else's camera and hands at the bottom will explain why I wasn't reaching for my pepper spray even though I was packing! Can you find the bear? At hotel I tried to sign up for Monday's boat trip and Grinnel glacier walk, but the boat was full and there was a huge ...

An amazing thing happened today. Perhaps I should start at the beginning. We had thunderstorms last night until the wee hours of the morning. That meant a late start as everything was damp and we wanted our rain flies and such to dry before packing. So we had the latest start ever, 10:00! The day was cool so it wasn't as serious as it could have been on another day. Near noon Josh and I were talking about eating lunch as we started to enter a very small town named Condon. Ahead ...
