Truckee is up in the mountains, can
have months and months of snow a year and is a skiing area. Only 20
minutes to Lake Tahoe it is also a stop for tourists all times of the
year and is set up accordingly. Cute little shops and expensive
designer ones, it's really pretty.
Today we drove to Oldtown Truckee to
look through the areas that are the oldest. We were just going to
spend half an hour ...

... golf course with Cooper and then ended the night relaxing at their place drinking beers and watching Youtube videos. It was a great first full day in Tahoe and Kaitlyn and I were starting to see the appeal of living here in the summers.

Inside, their home is immaculate and fresh, with a completely rebuilt kitchen and baths, new floors, textured walls, natural trim - Bob and Joy did it all.
