      ... quite expensive as you have to have 3 days of training before you can go out on your own, the beach is really nice and sea quite calm compared to other places we have been. Along the beach is a small street with about 15-20 shops and restaurants and nearly all have seating and tables on the beach for those nice sun setting moments with a nice glass of juice haha.       We spent 8 days in (or should that be 'on'?) Phuket, 8 glorious days. The weather was hot, the villa could not have been more perfect, we had a pool, the beach was a mere 10 minute stroll, we had air con, we had access to cheap noodle soup and fried chicken…what more could you want!?

      I got the ferry a 0700 from Koh Tao , this took 2 hours to the mainland and then 6 hours on a bus to Phuket. I was dropped off 30km away from Rawai where Sinbi Muay Thai is located. The taxi driver was hopeless and didn't have a clue where to go despite telling me numerous times before getting in the taxi he knew exactly where it was.
