The final place we went to today is called "Wilderness on the Lake," which is the resort's property on Lake Delton. We took a water taxi across the lake and really enjoyed just relaxing and looking onto the lake from the infinity pool they had there. The resort even has a 30 minute boat tour that goes around the lake so we did that too! It was great to be on a boat for a half hour but ...

Today began with a very nice breakfast at the Best Western Inn! We noted the threat of thunderstorms and showers throughout the day and decided to stick to our original plan and head for a waterpark in Wisconsin Dells. need to get that looked at in case there's a leak.

We drove from the campground and saw an
Outlet Mall so thought we'd stop for an hour since it was almost
lunchtime. Four hours later we surfaced. Time seemed to be on a
different dimension or at least it sucked a few hours that we didn't
    realise. But there ...

From Minneapolis I headed south looking for the best way to
    follow the Mississippi River. I
crossed the river at the town of Prescott WI and then followed the Wisconsin
Great River Road along the river for about 120 miles. It was a great backroad tour through small
towns, the river valley, and by the locks and dams that mark this stretch of
    the river. The river/reservoirs are
    wide now compared ...
