Week 2 Coral Coast, Fiji mainland. Fergal’s Version of Events vs Sarah’s Actual Version of Events

          1. Most friendly people we have ever met, who offer help when you look lost (daily)
          2. They don't push anything on you even though they are all so poor
          3. Fiji obviously has no health and safety
          4. Did not see one Fijian wear glasses but doubt they all have 20:20

So often we take for granted this human connection, an encounter that leaves you with a smile and a sense that someone truly cares. This is definitely a difficult skill that the Fijians have mastered. On one of our excursions we took Jet-Skis to Mondriki Island - an uninhabited ...

So many dreams have come true in our time in the southern hemisphere.
Fiji is definitely a dream come true, beautiful white sands, listening to the waves kiss the shore while sipping cocktails.

          This is the life.

The people are truly wonderful, warm and inviting.

... people that know about us. We are becoming famous around the world. Day 7 - our friend Helen arrived from the other island. Later we decided to go kayaking, and snorkelling. Adi and nials shared a kayak, dom and tobi shared, and vix and I. Going out was quite fun. A lot easier than kayaking in Byron bay sea! We kayaked to another part of the island, pulled up our kayaks and went snorkelling. There were so many different types of fish, and lots of starfish. It was amazing! ...

          Day 13 Wednesday 10th December 2014)

The first test was today so Malani and Zach were keen to watch the game. I took a stroll over to the Golf Club and watched abit of it and then headed back to the apartment.

More dips in the pool today floating about on pool toys finishing off in the spa.

Tonight's apartment cooked meal was Tandoori (Maryland) Chicken; I had covered the pieces 24 hours before and scored ...
