      Due to room availability, we were giving the Presidential Suite! It was like staying in a condo!

      ... Canada, and Australia. The fee for US citizens is $160 each, where Canadians and Australians pay $100 or less. They say the fee is valid for 10 years and transferable to a new passport. To us, it's just a tax--one more cost of doing the travel thing.
