We all ordered a different plate which included a couple side dishes. Chris got the pork shank and said it was the best food he has ever eaten in his life. ... to dinner in the Bordeaux Room. First we stopped at the tour desk where we discovered two of the excursions we wanted to do were sold out -- big bummer! We chose alternative excursions and hopefully they will be good. Note to selves -- pre-book!!!

This morning I woke early and went to the gym. When I got back Rich was up but the kids were still asleep. Slowly they woke. After breakfast we headed to Sawgrass Recreation Park which is the eastern most point of the Everglades.
