... it is tempting to push it to 80 we know Our V weighs about 18 tons and a blow out could be catastrophic at any speed! Slow is pro. Just past Plankinton, SD I decided to stop at a rest area for lunch and to change drivers (Bruce was napping) and at this cute little rest area in the middle of nowhere in prairie lands is this tiny church open to the public. The fence around it is to keep grazing cattle out. Bruce is 6'6" standing next ...

This entry recalls my riding through Wyoming and into Iowa. From the prairie flat lands into farming country.

Since last report I have traveled through mostly very flat and windy open plains, on leaving Red Lodge outside of Yellowstone Nation Park. I have also had to spend lot of time traveling on the freeways towards Sioux Falls, Sturgis, and Rapid City before dropping down to Spirit ...

A good day of food and fun

... took Izzie over to the pool for a swim. Mom and Dad bought her a little inflatable so she enjoyed sitting in the water and splashing about. About this time, the hockey game started. I love it when the stars align and the Black Hawks win.

        Happy Trails,

... again crying. It didn't look good for the home team. But with another bottle, Izzie was asleep again. Next thing I knew it was 5:30AM and I awoke with Izzie crawling around the bed. Izzie is very quiet in the morning - talking quietly to herself. She likes to move around a bit. Getting kicked in the stomach and face is part of the game. In addition, it is not uncommon for Izzie to check things out in your nose or mouth. We did our best to act like we were sleeping ...

... Dave and I decided to go to Fosteria and do some shooting at the Apex shooting range. We shot a 38 caliber pistol. Dave smoked me in the target practice. It was a lot of fun.

Then we had the kids over for dinner. While we were cooking, Dave, Lisa, and Izzie headed over to the playground for some fun. For dinner, Dave and I ...
