Left at 0700 and rode 500 feet for breakfast because the sky looked like it was going to open up.
Did the Tunnel of Trees, then stopped for custard at Bop-In in Bay View, Michigan.

Stopped for lunch in at a bowling alley/restaurant called Tucker's in a cute little town called Northport, Michigan.

We rode by the lake almost all day today. Just really gorgeous scenery.

Sunday drove to Silver Lake State Park- Crazy, wow madhouse around the park. Looked like NASCAR race day. Packed with hot rod trucks and pulling 4 wheel ATVs, motorcycles. ... The Navajo Turquoise is what really stands out. (Mark can't help but gush...). The roads are a bit rough in Michigan, only so many bumps one can take, but luckily the Canadian roads are much better and we finish the day smoothly.
