      ... early in the morning till late at night, free and really well used with lots of families visiting and picnicing. The new Gardens by the Bay has a couple of huge domes filled with plants which we didn't visit, but also Supertree Grove, containing giant tree sculptures planted with ferns and orchids which take centre stage for a free light show each evening.

      ... very tasty, I would have been severely unimpressed if it had tasted rubbish. Alongside my drink, I wanted to order some lunch, the cheapest thing on the menu was $12 for chips! Again a large portion and very tasty so I just chocked it up to a tourist experience and didn't let it bother me. I asked the bar manager how many Singapore Slings she thought they sold a day across the hotel, 2000 was her answer! 2000!! That is A LOT of gin! That afternoon, I was thoroughly knakered ...
