... have stayed in the same one, but wanted to mix it up a bit. Our new hotel was in a different area, near a bunch of shopping malls. We didn't do much after moving. Had a coffee, had a shower, ate and had a drink. On the way back we went past all the rickshaws lit up like Christmas trees. Most of them were Frozen related. Susie decided to prove to me that she knew a whole 5 lines of that Let It Go song. What little respect I had remaining for her has now gone. On Saturday we spent ...

John & I taxi and the rest walk to Robertson Quay to the Bar Bar Black Sheep restaurant - very casual sitting outside under the trees by the water and then to finish off my birthday we hop into more taxies and go back to the Gardens by the Bay to see the lights show - very impressive - made even better by the 50th celebrations. ... retail therapy.

Little India was amazing, with different smells and a huge gold domed mosque. Just about every shop was filled with amazing fabric and Luce went into ne and spent ages choosing a Thai silk scarf and some Indonesian Batik.

Jumping back on the bus we just made it back to the hotel in time for the end of afternoon tea 1400-1600. This part of our holiday was turning out to be totally colonial !!! Dried out and on the ...

... Ha! Through boarder control & security ( where I was frisked). Seem to show ones passport too frequently. 1/2 late boarding & took off 8.15am ( 10.15am Melbourne time). Light breakfast served at 10am followed by lunch served about 2 hrs before landing at the earlier time of 4.40 pm ( Melbourne time) instead of 5.10pm. A tail wind moved us along just nicely. Through security & customs without incident & looking at Greg's case it's a wonder he ...
