      Well I have been refusing to do "training" every single weekend (which is three) since I got here. Once, it was possible for me to do the training during the three hours that we do nothing in the afternoon from 3-6 p.m., but that wasn't good enough anymore, and they wanted me to do it on Monday and Tuesday.
