It's literally staying in the clouds. Open the window and you see clouds passing by. And the food and accommodation here is really 5 star.

      Much better than expected

We stayed in this Hotel almost for free (tour package promotion). Before leaving, I was a little disappointed by reading the reviews here. But the fact is that, it is much better than expected: room is clean, location is good and service is also OK. The most important, their breakfast is awesome, there are so many choice and the taste is excellent!

We can not expect more for a free night stay! (compared with UP of 270RM w/o taxi). If you do not care the price, just try it!

Unfortunately today we were catching a bus from Penang to Cameron highlands at 3pm. With such an awkward time there wasn't much we could do today. We decided we would go to an escape challenge (basically a room set up with different puzzles and challenges where you use logic to exit like in video games). We caught bus 101 to the place which …

After a bloody awesome breakfast (better than Cha-Am for sure) we met Jason, our tour guide for the day and a bunch of 7 Scandinavian back-packers. In a minivan we stupidly trusted our lives with Jason's driving skills as he took us up a narrow, winding, incredibly steep road which he claimed was 'safer than the main road'. We very quickly reached …

We woke up at 6:00 and had breakfast at McDonald's. Gynnie, already 19 but looking way younger was driving us to the Tempurung caves which took about 3h. It was quite funny with Hong Kah in the passenger seat, the boys in the back ...

... was rather pleasant, stopping off at the beach bars and different parts of the island. Because i wanted a thrash around (not with Kim on i must add) Dave gave me a go on his and he rode with Kim. So here he was Valentino Rossi on His 125cc Honda Ripping up the tarmac around the island. Now at this point you are probably thinking, well that's typical Ben and you would be right. Was good though! I slowed to let Kim and Dave catch up, we did a spot of conserved riding and they ...
