Very nice hotel

Stayed for one night (June 17) and found the hotel to be very nice. For the price $52 a night you couldn't ask for anything better. The indoor pool was pretty nice and the staff was very pleasant. The room was nice and very clean.

Great Spring Trip

Stayed at the Copa Cabana in early April and had a great time. We've been here before and keep coming back. The property is clean and the staff is friendly - especially the front desk staff. The prices are fair and resonable. We will visit again.

Bring your coat

I came here after spending one night at the Treasure Island Resort, and man was I impressed. First off the pricing of the rooms was great, then the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Tricia. The swimming area was very nice and cozy with great decor. The only real problem I had with the Copa was the heat in the room. I had just come in from a really long drive and I wanted to catch a nap before dinner, but when I opened the door to the room both girlfriend and I were blown away from the frigid air that rushed out of the room. The entire room was freezing, there was no window open, nor was the balcony door open. It was so cold that we decided to leave for dinner and shopping, hoping to later return to a warm and cozy room and not the "meatlocker" we had once entered. Turn up the heat some and I'll come back again. :-)

Not accomidated when i should've been- overall nice place

it was my first stay @ the copa. the service was good and the room was clean and spacious. i originally had my reservation for one night, but extended it to two at check in. the following morning there was a note under my door that said i'd save 50% if i extended my existing reservation. i asked the front desk if they always did this. they said yes. i asked why they didn't tell me that when i extended my reservation at check in- they said there was nothing they could do for me. they claimed that it was an accident that i got the coupon and did nothing to accomidate me on their part. bad business if you ask me! i travel twice a year to the dells and just for that i will never give them my business again!

Copa Cabana is Super

This place is just absolutely wonderful. I love coming here with my family, (husband, parents, sister, brother, nieces, nephews). From the time you walk through their doors you know it is just a fun place. Last time we stayed we even met the owner Kristi, and her son, Miles, was with her and they were very nice to us. We will continue to come here for years to come.

We had fun

Me and my family had great time staying at Copa. I have 2 children(6&9) and they enjoyed it too. Prices are reasonable and staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked the location too. We are planning to stay at the Copa next time we come to Wisconsin Dells. Keep up the good work.

An Enjoyable Time!

My friends and I stayed at the Copa Cabana resort in July. We had a great time. The staff is friendly and we love the cool tropical shirts they wear. We got to talking with some of the desk clerks and learned that many of them are on an exchange program from Finland. They were pleasant and helped us find different attractions and restaurants in the area. One of the nights we called the desk to let them know some kids were running up and down the hall. The overnight clerk took care of the situation immediately. The service was great.

This is not a huge huge waterpark hotel (as stated in some of the other reviews) so don't expect 60,000 sq. ft. of water play and waterslides.

The Copa Cabana has a nice outdoor water activity area and an indoor pool and whirlpools. It was plenty for us - we enjoyed laying out by the outdoor pool sipping drinks from the Bar & Grill!

GREAT TIME AT THE COPA!!

I stayed at the Copa Cabana in June. We had a great time. Rooms were clean and the prices were appropriate for the ammenities that they offered. I even had some great advice from the Assistant Front Desk Manager, Mark, about where to go and what to do since it was our first time in the Dells. I had a great time and would recommend the Copa Cabana to anyone!

Fun and Reasonable

We had a nice time at this resort. It is reasonably priced for the water amenities available. It is located near some of the major attractions, so you can walk to them and not have to fight the traffic.

They also package with the Crystal Grand Music Theatre and there are some great concerts. We are going to try that next time!

It's Ok

We have stayed here about four times, each time hoping it gets better.

Each time our reservations were messed up... and I had to end up paying more the last time we stayed. The hotel rooms are alright, but the wear and tear is beginning to show. My toddler loved the outdoor water activities, but not much for an 8yr old (and up) to do.
