I went to the gym with Crystal in the morning and tried the oddest machine - a stair walker where it is essentially an escalator with rotating steps that you walk on. Have you ever tried walking up stairs for twenty minutes? It's knackering. I rather overdid it though and have pulled a few muscles. Oops.
