... the plan to the applause from the rest of the passengers. So they took us to a 4 star Holiday Inn nearby with a restaurant on site, and a pool and hot tub. We were like gypsies in the palace! We ate our dinner of rib eye steak on the patio next to the pool.

Treasure Cay was just as beautiful as we remember. It's where the clouds above the shoreline reflect the brilliant turquoise sea. We lounged on the beach almost every day. Still we enjoyed several bonefishing spots we could reach from anchorages in the Bight of Old Robinson (just north of Little Harbour), Buckaroon Bay, Mocking Bird Cay, Manjack Cay and Crab Cay. Other nice anchorages included Tahiti Beach (east of Lubbers Quarter),Matt Loew’s Cay ( near Marsh Harbour), and a visit to New Plymouth at Green Turtle Cay.

... up in the yard .. and the snow is gone.

4/17/13 Update: We made it to Great Sale Cay on Saturday and anchored there with 10 sailboats after riding out a pretty intense thunderstorm. Monday morning we set out for Ft. Pierce - a 140 mile stretch across the Gulf Stream. Once again the forecasters seemed to be asleep at the switch (or their barometer) and we experienced much more wind and higher waves than they predicted. We ...
