    ... than any restaurant food. Bike ride this afternoon, 30 mins on the beach and a nice relaxed cold tea before it’s dark. Will tell you how far we biked tomorrow, we’re doing it again and Mark has now rigged up the pedometer thing!!

    So it’s 5k each way to the beach on the bikes, and Penny says that’s with hills too!

    Had a lovely day on the beach, a 90 min lunch break with beer (sorry you working guys!!) .
