      ... We giggled our way, as one of the rules was no alcohol in the forecourt and here we are blazed with booze leaving this Motel for a hotel don't you know. Now back back in fresh and comfort, I ran a bath had a lovely soak along the corridor from our main room.       ... and truck drivers used the road so maybe everyone just ignores those signs? Who knows. There are a lot of difffences in the driving from NZ to USA. One most notceable one is that there doesnt seem to be a requitement for motorcyclists to wear helmets. Some do, but unless it is a state by state law it seems to be choice.       ... BSprings seems to be experiencing they could have kept this gem open and staffed with volunteers made it a real drawcard for the town. My suggestion is that they combined it with the R66 visitors centre - they have a guy living in town that inspired the Mater character in the Cars movie - he would be great to have there too.
