    Today was a nice day. Since the venue was an arena, load in / load out went smoothly. Building the Main LED screen was nice because it was just myself and two others.     ... as THE place to have fish. Well, we figured it would be OK, but it was WAY beyond OK. It is a low key looking place...not one you would necessarily look at twice, but when you go inside, you realize that they are definitely in the fish business.     The kids were able to go out into the surrounding neighborhoods to order food, shop, and speak with the locals. This valuable real life experience gave them the opportunity to use their Chinese speaking abilities in the best environment suited to practice a language. They eagerly took advantage of the situation and I was proud to see them practice their Chinese!
