      ... a couple of hours we though it was time to leave and we had a facetime with my mother and than went to our room. 12th After breakfast and sports we went to the beach at Siam Hut and stayed there till 5 as we had to get ready to go and meet Pat and Eric at Nature Beach Resort.       ... Heiko and Narissa also helped me to extend my visa for Thailand and we got to spend a day in Trat. They are amazing people.

      Sabine had her birthday on 14 December and they organized some muffins and candles at midnight - it was a great surprise for her. It was a great evening and our last night there.

      ... town We see a few streets sandbagged off with barbed wire. Very odd that there's protests etc here and we're just driving throigh the middle of it, 10 minutes from where we're staying About 15 mins for us to taxi twice the length of the Khao San road. Taxi driver asks us if we ate dog since we've been to laos and vietnamese. Apparently vietnamese all the menu is dog. Everyone apart from the Thais only eat dog. Enough fool. If I've eaten dog it clearly tastes ok Pimpy hotel room. ...

      ... about everyone else however as you sip a cold beer in the lukewarm waters.

      In the evening we got to sample some Thai food which was simply amazing. The Pad Thai and green curry were particularly excellent and definitely on par with Indian cuisine.
