      ... I replied, "no thank you" and then 3) she poured dark thick syrupy coffee (made from instant grounds) into a plastic bag with ice, tied it up, but in a box and said "Here you go!". Needless to say, it needed a lot of 'sugah' and I didn't end up drinking mine. Doug had lots of sugar put into his and managed to finish it.

      ... crates of beer and other such bargoods One of them is tiny skinny and is wearing a t-shirt that has the McDonalds logo as the m in a slogan of "Im fat" Leah's hashbrown is bigger than both her fried eggs put together and my chips don't turn up with the rest of the food.       ... pushing and stretching that it made me so aware of how much my arms and legs hurt before. I can remember looking over at Oliver on the bed next to me and I was convinced that he was asleep too. 90minuets later we left feeling shiny and new. We also felt like we would fall asleep at any moment. Thai massage is defiantly the way to go.       We finally crossed over to Thailand at 1pm, almost 5 hours after leaving our hotel yet we still had so far to go! We found the Ko Chang minibus and piled in - at least in Thailand they don't put 4 people on a row of 3!
