    ... to go back to Siem Reap to teach) and were paying less than two pounds each a night!!! Bargain !!! We had heard loads about the famous night market in Trat so that's where we headed for dinner. And the market did not disappoint, fresh fruit, food, smoothies and milkshakes and bakery everywhere !!! All fresh and clean and ready to eat ! Oh and did I mention cheap!!! I had a three course meal (basically) and a smoothie for less than a pound ����� ...

    ... aircon :) and feeling hungover Eventually it's 7pm and we go to the Sunflower restaurant for Thai curries and watching of films They're showing "Out of the furnace", starring Woody Harrelson, Willem Defoe, Christian Bale and Forest Whittaker. About the brother of a soldier home from Iraq that gets mixed up with the wrong sort. The intro music is by Pearl Jam. Harrelson more or less plays Trevors character from Gta5. It's not bad. Harrelsons pretty good, Willem Defoe ...

    ... We could not bring ourselves to return there again! Hygiene is a constant concern here but luckily most of the food is cooked in a way that hopefully kills off anything unpleasant. In the hotel dining room the bread was placed in a basket on newspaper.

    We decided to find a better hotel and moved to Nirvana, on the southern tip of the island. We love it here. A real treat was being given a cloth napkin at dinner in the restaurant. It is more usual to find a holder containing tissues ...

    ... until I pointed out that the mist or smoke must have followed him all around the island in just the same photo longitude and lattitude. Hmm, so I took the lens cap off. Well,...need I say more? Since I wasn't there, I won't say much about the pictures - (not even anything snide (!) ) - but it will give you a chance to see a little of Koh Chang. Hopefully some day we can get back there together and he can show me the sights... and just, perhaps...the "mist" will be gone.

    ... steam room with Tali followed by another strong massage.. Sitting by the pool while R is gorging on beautiful fresh mango. Not looking forward to my colemic but it makes so much sense and I did she'd 2 kilos so far. Survived . And keeping busy with it all. R had fried red rice, a green curry with chicken and stir fried vegetables for evening meal followed by a raw fruit desert with a raw chocolate ...
