EVAN- When we got here we stayed at Klong Prao Resort. We stayed near the beach and the pool. We made a big sand castle. After 1 night, we moved. At the Garden Resort, I have the most comfy bed. ... the 13th as we wanted to stay a bit longer and experience Sokran the annual water festival held for new year. Basically everyone goes around the streets with either water guns or duper soakers, and sone pickup tricks have gallon barrels filled with water and they chuck buckets over mopeds and pedestrians it's funny to watch. We were travelling from Koh Chang to Cambodia on the 1st day of Sokran and saw it happening from our nice dry bus ;) Next stop Sihinioukville ...

So eventually we do wake and discover we have no Thai Baht and we are no where near anything. Luckily after breakfast the owner of the resort is heading shopping and offers us a lift to the tourist part of the island.
