Critical advice is to take base tests and measurements. By this I mean take measurements of your quads, chest, arms, etc. Do your base tests in whatever lifts you feel important, pull ups, squat, bench, etc. And then re-test every couple of months. We had 26 miles to go before we would get off of the freeway. But, after about 7 miles both lanes opened up and we took off.
