Let me be the first to say, I might be the worst bull rider known to man. My one bull ride was the most pathetic attempt there has ever been. I look back in embarrassment and disgust. But I do know it doesn't matter what happened back then, it matters where you're going. As Earl Dibbles Jr. puts it "Don't look back, you ain't going that way. Yeee Yeee.

... It faces south and gets baked by the sun, so since this was the first sunny day after several days of fresh snow, we decided this was the best time to do this ski before it might get crusty. We climbed up twice and skied down in two different areas. I wanted to do this ski because the hill is fairly wide open and depending on where you go up, you can vary the pitch of the slope you ski down. I am working on my tele turns so this area is fun for that. We got back to the ranch ...
... water and some wifi...still no luck with the bag, it seems to have disappeared into United's black hole..but good to hear about the world. That said it has also been rather nice being cut off, quite looking forward to heading off grid again tomorrow! Maybe time to try out those famous hot springs before we continue our journey west! We're staying in a slightly odd park, but full of children and ours are enjoying the pool and playground so they're happy ...
... desolate areas and small towns, few and far between, and we saw things from out of the past, like a drive in theater…and the marque had current movies advertised on it. And, surprisingly, we saw oil well pumps on hilltops. Not the same kind of pumps we saw in the south, but tall and sleek towers with a sliding plate that moved up and down in rhythmic fashion.
At 1:10 we crossed the state line into Colorado and at 3:30 ...
