      ... an up and coming neighborhood. But there is a run down apartment bldg/motel that backs up to this property and I am not comfortable buying a house that would be empty much of the time in a rather mixed area. My guess is that this area will continue to improve and this property will increase in value. If we were younger and looking to invest for the future this would be a good bet. But we are looking for a place to use in the winter and leave for long periods of time. ...

      ... out of cars, blinking in the sun, wrinkled and tired but smiling because "we are here!". The dog park people are full of advice on how to deal with THE TRAFFIC. "If you need anything off island you have to go very early in the morning or after dark." " if you want to go out to eat you need to do it during the week or very early or late at night".       ... way to San Antonio, and we'll spend the weekend with our friends, Len and Fran. Then, Monday we're driving towards Phoenix with an overnight stop in Las Cruces, New Mexico. We'll be in Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 10. We'll have a day to do our laundry and repack in Phoenix before we leave Thursday morning with Marnie and Steve for Las Vegas to celebrate Steve's big 50th birthday party.       ... loops and twists, kumba was all loops and twists at speed, and montu was where you had your legs dangling and it had drops, twists, spins, loops etc. Montu was my favourite and we went on it around 4 consequtive times.
