      ... so we headed to that RV park. It looked very nice as we drove in, with great landscaping and black-topped roads. We parked in the space marked for RV registration. There was a sign in front of the RV that said no pets were allowed past that point.

      ... world and it is a privilige to be able to see it. The Canyon is 277 miles long, at it's widest it is 10 miles and one mile in depth. At times it all feels very surreal, when you stand on the rocky outcrops and try to take in the vastness of the Grand Canyon.The track down to Cedar Creek was quite hard going, it was fairly steep in places and loose gravel under foot made it feel a bit scary.       ... stopped by to see Suzanne Sharer and surprised her with lunch from Olive Garden. Both are very nice ladies and it was great to see them both again. Afterwards back up the 101 to the resort for a final evening of dinner and a few drinks before turning in later tonight and getting ready to head to the airport tomorrow morning.

      ... there. It started to warm up as the day progressed but still as everyone has told me you can have a good time here as long as you use some common sense during the peak of summer.

      It also looks like some people have decided to do some golfing today. I'm not a golfer so I won't be out there but it's a bit cooler so far today so at least they have a chance to get a round in.
