    ... over the mountains. Because we had a while before the sunset, we could take it easy. Lots and lots of steps which only got steeper! We stopped for a rest in an alcove in the rocks on the way up - walking through it, we got even more views and I saw a rock that looked like a face, as well as another where the different colours made it look like an eye.     Today just three of us out of our group did the cooking class. First of all we walked from our hotel to look round a local market. Lots of unusual thing for sale, giant courgettes, eels, frogs, turtles, pigs penis... I was going to travel more but Sadly because of the bird flu I can't travel to Beijing however I am heading to Hong Kong this month to get my Tanzanian visa!     ... to view the nightly 'Symphony of Lights'. At 8pm every night the skyscrapers come alive with flashing lights and lasers all in time with music. It's very beautiful and only lasts for about 15 minutes, but well worth seeing. It is not really our cup of tea, but we were impressed none the less.
