    ... we must be near the bottom of the cliff but these steps just went on and on. Eventually we came to a flat path which was actually worse because it was running through the middle of the forest and we got worried about bears again. Every rustle was scary, most of the time it turned out to be a toad (which coincidentally could also kill you - it was poisonous), or a lizard, or a big spider.     Today just three of us out of our group did the cooking class. First of all we walked from our hotel to look round a local market. Lots of unusual thing for sale, giant courgettes, eels, frogs, turtles, pigs penis...     Still enjoying teaching my amazing students at Shaoguan University! Making the most of my last two months in China, I will be sad to leave :'( I'm enjoying the boazi, Chinese pizza, tea and all the delicious food while I can!     Off to 'The Peak' this morning. It stands at 552 metres behind Hong Kong and offers fantastic views back over the skyscrapers down to Victoria Harbour and Kowloon.
