... scene on Sabang so I jumped at the chance to find a new place to call home for a few days.   After numerous ferry delays and some time waiting for Jeepenys I finally made it to my destination only to find out that it had been almost entirely deserted.  There were remnants of dive shops and what would have been a nice beach if it weren't for the trash all over it.  This is the first time that "the bible" has failed me and it really put me in a tough spot.  It was almost 7 ...

... cool feature of this site is the underwater heat vents. You can spot these vents by the discoloration in the sand and tiny bubble slowly streaming up. But another good way of discovering the hotspots is to put your hand on the sand, with the 26 Celsius water I was quickly cuddling up to these vents. ... a change of heart (well plans) in that instead of only spending 5 weeks in Australia, we had since decided to apply for working visas and try and spend 3/4 months working in Perth.
