    ... in chili on on second one. So far the experiment has been a success. Food has cooked without a hitch and clean up has been easy too. The only drawback is the food smells so good cooking, while we are driving down the road that we get really hungry.

    We saw more of rural Missouri today. Our first stop was Wilson's Creek National Battlefield, which was the first major Civil War battle west of the Mississippi.     ... really great news: WE ENTERED A NEW STATE! I write this blog post to you from Oklahoma. I know absolutely nothing about this state other than I'm in it. Technically we crossed two state lines. We were in Missouri for a bit and then went back into Oklahoma, I'm not really sure of the logistics and how that all worked out, but we're here and all is good.     ... inspires me and other riders to want to be more like her - this is something many riders have commented on. We rode together for 75mi and even crossed through 3 states! We finished off Arkansas after 350mi in 4 days (yowza!) and crossed state line into Oklahoma, and then Missouri, and then Oklahoma again.
