Kate admitted to have never been into a Walmart, so we found one for her and had a good mooch round. There were a few prize sightings, but nothing super odd, as in the People of Walmart web page.

Hi everyone. We made it back to the US yesterday, but let me tell you...the trip back was an adventure all on its own. The ADO bus was supposed to leave Corozal around 9:30-10:00 pm on Thursday. Our landlord, David, drove us to the bus station and stayed with us until the bus arrived. While we were waiting, the guy who sold us the bus tickets stopped by to tell us that that we might get to Cancun later than expected. The teachers in Mexico were on strike ...

The flight yesterday went really smoothly and the crew was very entertaining. Upon arrival at 7pm the Arizona heat met up with us... It was 43 degrees Celsius but it didn't feel as bad as we thought. It's a dryer heat than what we experienced in DC and Pennsylvania. We went to pick-up our car rental with Hertz and were given a car (Nissan Maxima) with a California licence plate.
