Welcome to Quilt Camp! I've been at Higgins Lake this weekend with 33 women from my quilt guild (Across the Square Quilters from Charlotte, MI) and friends of the guild. We have laughed, laughed so hard we cried, sewed A LOT, offered and accepted quilting advice, shared many stories of our lives, sewed some more, played quilt ...

This got the boys up and going. They had no choice when it came to working out. Jeff put them through his boot camp. Cooper, Connor, and Riley did not appear very happy. Laurie, McKenna, and Katie chose to run the island several times. I thought this was vacation! Everything gained from the work out, was lost at ...

We were up early today and left the campground by 8 a.m. We are heading to the Upper Peninsula but will stop half way. Made a reservation at a KOA in Roscommon at Higgins Lake. Along the way we traveled Interstate 75 and saw lots of beautiful farmland along the way. Some of it reminded me of PA's Amish Country, Nice and flat/green and you can see for miles on the open road. As we get closer to the campground, the scenary ...
