        Again fresh this morning but ok most of the day. This afternoon we walked around the lagoon and edge of the park and under the Burleigh Bridge and past the Recreational Centre then to the beach. We have many groups of kids doing activities, probably school sport, they are so lucky. We saw climbing, canoeing, surfing, athletics, bungee dropping, sand activities and they looked to be having fun. It was windy and cool and how dare them - clouds!!         Onto Surfers Paradise, Australia's answer to Benidorm. Highrises everywhere and tacky Vegas bars. We arrived late and had an early night (even though it was a Saturday) as Byron had exhausted us. We ventured out to get some food, and saw the craziness that was Surfers. There were street artists/entertainers, and many other crazy sights.
