... to the restaurant run by the Mandarin Oriental via a private boat (shaped like a temple) that they sent for our group. The restaurant was elegant and we had a multi course set menu where we got to try many thai dishes, all with beautiful presentation. Dinner includes a floor show with traditional thai dancing and costumes. It was a lovely evening but were were glad to finally be back to the hotel, tomorrow would be an early start.

We got to bath our elephants and then rode them. It was so relaxing. My mahout controls Punsup with ...

We were taken to Chennai in an air-conditioned car courtesy of Mohandas and Madhurima from Integra. They really went out of their way to look after us while in Pondy. Once in Chennai the driver dropped us off at hotel that he had found for us on the way called Hotel Sri Durga. Our criteria was cheap, central and clean. It wasn't cheap -In fact it was more than twice ...

... at night, guessing whether the people stood outside the go go bars were girls or ladyboys. But I think I finally solved it, the ladyboys tended to have more muscley arms, the ladies had ever so slightly fleshier arms, unfortunately that was the only way I could distinguish a difference. Here we seen some Thai boxing and a famous pingpong show, which was hilarious, never would have believed such ...
