This was our last morning in New Orleans. It was a great visit, but it's getting time to head for home. Our route today is really easy. Just head up Canal St, turn right on Broad St, otherwise known as US-90E and keep going until we reach Crestview, FL. The weather wasn't looking too promising. It's also quite commercial and 'chavvy' so I probably wouldn't go back but it was good to see. Next stop New ...

... porch for reading time....alone. The gals "herded" a bit but traded off to also have some private time. The best part for me always, is sitting on the beach watching all the action to the rhythmical sounds of the ocean..
Dinners were late and filled with wonderful conversations so sometimes the nightly movie was enjoyed by only a few diehards. A great vacation and I hope, a repeating one.
