Livin it up on my last day/night at Damai Laut
Sorry all for the long pause in updates...but I was too busy havin fun.
Anyway...it went something like this...
Got up early feeling a bit funny in the guts...not sure wether it was part hangover or part too much curry eating... either way 3 visits to the dunny before breakfast seemed to do the trick...and my usual omlette for brekky was making it all better. but the reason for getting up early was to go island hopping on a boat with my parents and a few other ...
Day 58
... hands it was fixed within few minutes. Another 20 km to our destination. we cross a very tall bridge, where you can oversee a shipping wharf. Very interesting and beautiful area. The trees are full of monkeys, but before i was able to take a picture, they already disappeared.
Arrived in sitiawan, we checked in Crystal hotel. Pleasant dinner at a night market with cheese tofu. Too tired from the last 2 nights- bed time at 0:00..

... passengers. The passengers, though, were surprisingly calm and there were no histrionics despite the frustration we were all feeling.
The delay was easily the longest that either of us have experienced and, together with the total lack of customer care, must make Air Asia the worst airline that we have experienced. Unfortunately we have to fly back to Chiang Mai with them but after that we hope never to have to deal with this farrago of a company again.

Pangkor trip 30 jan 10 - 01 feb 10
... uda mandi...lepak kat hammock sambil borak2 ngan guests lain...then we headed to dinner. masa dinner ni lah kejadian service slow berlaku sehingga akhirnya, kiterang layan makan jagung bakar je sambil baring kat hammock. sangap wehh. nasib baiklah jagung tu medium size je..manis lak tu..sedap gigit2 sambil kunyah2...sampai tertido lah.

arini bangun lambat sakan..lepas bangun bole lepak gi kat hammock..really santai day...bila perut dah lapar, baru ...
