    ... is small and quaint. The locals are friendly. And the food it phenomenal! Okay, Let's talk more about FOOD. There is a wonderful women who calls herself "Sister Janet". She sells a huge variety of home cooked meals everyday.

    ... There's no traffic and no agendas. The breeze in the palms tells us so. The sounds of the ocean lapping at the sand tells us. The little lizards backing in the sun tell us. So why not? Relax! Have a Kalik. Take a deep breath and exhale all the stress with it. You'll be glad you did. We certainly were.

    We are definitely on Island Time now. We got up and had breakfast and started out fishing about 8:30 aa.m. What is really strange is...........In Destin we have to travel about 45 min to an hour to get to a place to catch fish........     ... that Chub Cay only has a private and, it sounds, exclusive marina. Boring! Another option we saw was to head north in the Berry Islands to Bullocks Harbour at Great Harbour Cay. It is a Port of Entry, so we can clear customs, and it sounds like it will be a fun and interesting place to explore - and not overrun by tourists it seems!

    ... top of the mast, so the pull in that direction would be the strongest. Nate quickly jumped in the water to help. Starting from the anchor, he began to climb the line to the mast. He was a good 6 feet out of the water hanging on the rope, the all of the sudden, Strolla shot free. The plan worked perfectly. We were all so excited that everything had worked as planned, we ignored the fact we were a day behind schedule. That night for the first time we broke out the rum.
