A lot of high rise towers - either hotels or vacation apartments. A local girl told me that the vacation apartments are owned likewise by Aussies and by people from outside the country. Anyways, SP is very tourist. Much more Asian tourist than in Brisbane. SP or the Gold Coast for that matter has ...

... t hurt to be safe, I also needed an MMR injection which covers Mumps, Measles and Rubella, I also needed a tetanus shot because I wasn’t up to date with them. Another vaccination I could have got was a rabies shot but it wasn’t necessary and the activities I am doing don’t involve animals.

Hopefully it won’t be too cold when I arrive! But I have clothing in my carryon luggage to change into when I arrive.

... a great shower and washed the road off me and am now settling in to finish this blog entry then take a walk into Coolangatta to search for some dinner. ANZAC day tomorrow. The reception girls said there was some sort of service at the local surf club in the morning so might wander down there and pay my dues. Being ANZAC day I don't expect much to be open tomorrow so might just hang around here and make my way to Scott's on Saturday. Any way... Dinner time... ...
