    ... it was a bit chilly for walking the riverbanks, so we popped through Laughlin, then across the bridge into Arizona to get gas in Bullhead City (gas is about 30-50 cents cheaper in AZ than CA or NV, we only paid $3.03/US gal here, the cheapest we've found on this trip!).

    The next day (Jan 31) was the real, genuine Chinese New Year and we managed to milk it a third time by meeting up ...

    Well we found the Barrett Jackson location finally. Really lucked out and got into the public parking close to main entrance so figure we will stay put until we are ready to leave. Luckily we had stopped at Safeway to stock up on grub.

    Dad went to check out the site. $40.00 entry fee for all day but well worth it. He waited in line and got a ride in the new corvette driven by a NASCAR professional driver - lot of speed.What we figure must have ...

    ... how long, we really enjoyed sitting outside to a home cooked meal. We lucked out as the Arizona weather was great during our stay.
