... room hotel! I really didn't mind being the only guest. The staff kept the place spotless and Delfina made me delicious cinnamon raisin oatmeal and coffee every morning for about $4. The rooftop pool, with fabulous ocean and beach view, was a lifesaver! I was a totally, sweaty slug for most of the week!!

Of course, I had to venture out for lunch, but usually there was enough on my plate to take 1/2 home and have it for dinner ...

Then moved onto Congo, a salsa bar in Zicatella which is the bar area ...

Apparently crocs live in the lagoon but we all jumped in for a few swims and back flips off the boat. The water was so nice and warm. After we finished Louis and Nadine drove us home in their mad combie van! Nadine said it was the best she had ever seen the lagoon glow so we were ...

    Day 56 - a tour I will never forget

I woke up before my alarm at about 5am, my stomach bug still hasn't fully gone away. By 6.40 we were out the front waiting for our tour guide Jesus. It got to 7am and he still hasn't arrived, just as we were about to give up thinking he'd duped us 100pesos he turned up in his ute, he said he was sorry for being late and that the other 3 people on the tour didn't get up so it was just us, which I was pretty pleased about, we got a personal tour. His boat was pretty ...
