... bunked in the staff dorm for a few nights. This wave of many new people was a breath of fresh air and made the hostel very loud. With this loudness I decided that it's time I became bartender stew also, utilising my cheap tequila I made jelly cups (kind of like shots but bigger and stronger) selling them for 10 pesos each and am hoping this will bring in a small income. Not sure if I'm becoming more devious or just cheaper... Eh either way ...

Sometimes the world blows my mind away so much so that I just want to shut my eyes and go to sleep because it's beauty can leave you utterly breathless. Today we arrived in Puerto Esscondido, a piece of true and honest unfussy paradise. Our 9 hour bus ride from Acapulco dumped us in a shady very deserted bus terminal on the outskirts of Puerto Esscondido, at this point paradise was no where insight. With knowing almost nothing about the place we ...

      Day 55 - life's a Beach

A travel blog entry by jayandbob on Aug 08, 2013

... There were lots of sun beds with umbrellas available from the restaurant/bars along the beach but we were not sure how much it was to rent but we were happy on our towel for the time being. I went out into the water for a dip, the water was not as warm as Veracruz but it still wasn't cold, it was really great to be in paradise, swimming in the ocean, it's what holidays are all about, in fact it felt like we were taking a holiday from our holiday as corny as that sounds. The ...
